New Denver Building Incorporates Street Art into Exterior as part of a Unique Outdoor Mural Space

Denver (October 2013)- Announcing a new addition to Denver’s RiNo Art District- The Broadway Triangle Art Wall. As part of a recently completed building located at Larimer & Broadway [2470 Broadway], the design of the Broadway Triangle Art Wall, incorporated directly into the building’s exterior is a rare innovation that merges the experience of viewing street and gallery art.

Developer, Focus Property Group teamed with architecture and general contracting firm, tres birds workshop, to create a new retail and restaurant hub on the edge of one of Denver’s most active creative neighborhoods. The building itself is positioned among a prominent art setting. One of Denver's premier galleries, Plus Gallery sits directly across the street to the north and an alley just behind, which extends up through the entire length of RiNo Art District is full of piece after piece of outdoor art work and murals, worthy of taking a tour.
